DELIVERY

This document describes the terms and conditions of delivery of products sold by the online store MakeUpHye, owned by individual entrepreneur Anastasiia Kraiz (hereinafter "we", "our", "store").

Products are delivered by courier and postal services, or by taxi within the city of Yerevan. The delivery method depends on the customer's location and is chosen when placing an order.

3. Delivery terms

The delivery times depend on the chosen courier or postal service and are specified when placing an order. We commit to ship the product within 2 business days after receiving payment, unless there are force majeure circumstances.

4. Limitations and specifics

Due to the specifics of courier and postal services, delivery to some regions may be limited or difficult. All possible limitations and specifics will be indicated when placing an order.

5. Responsibility

In case of damage or loss of the product during delivery, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier service. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have found that your product has been damaged in the process of delivery.

6. International Delivery

We provide delivery services not only within the territory of the Republic of Armenia but also abroad. However, we cannot guarantee that all the products presented on our website comply with the legislation of all countries. Please ensure that the products you order are legal for import to your country.

7. Responsibility for International Delivery

If the ordered product is illegal in the recipient's country, the recipient bears all responsibility for any consequences. The supplier company, namely our store, is not responsible for goods that may be detained or confiscated by the customs services of other countries.
