RETURN / CANCELLATION OF OPERATION

1. General Provisions

This document describes the process of return and cancellation of operations in the MakeUpHye online store, owned by individual entrepreneur Kraiz Anastasiia (hereinafter - "we", "our", "store").

2. Right to Cancel Purchase

Customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. This period begins from the moment when the customer or a third party indicated by the customer receives the goods.

3. Return Process

If the customer decides to return the product, they should contact us by email or phone and inform about their intention. After receiving the return request, we will process it and issue a confirmation of the return of the goods.

4. Return Conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. If the product has been damaged or used more than necessary to determine the characteristics and functioning of the product, the customer may be liable for the diminished value of the product.

5. Refund

The refund will be made after we receive the returned goods and ensure that they meet the return conditions. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

6. Cancellation of Operation

If the purchase was canceled before the product was shipped, we will cancel the operation and return the money to the customer. If the product has already been shipped, the customer must return the product in accordance with the return procedure.
